This year we drove down to Great Falls to celebrate Thanksgiving with Gram and Grandad! Blaine helped Gram make the persimmon pudding again this year. Everything was delicious, from the turkey to the chocolate turkey to the persimmon pudding.

On Friday the ladies took a trip to a nearby paint your own pottery place, which also made its own frozen custard! Kiln and Custard in Vienna VA.

We also had a visit from Andrew’s cousin Cam and his family, which was a real treat as we hadn’t seen them since the pandemic! No pics sadly, though we did spend some time outside flying balsa wood planes and boomerangs, and inside we completed this pretty puzzle. A wonderful holiday!
